Came across the fantastic article last week titled “Four Reasons You Should Stop Describing Enterprise Social Networks as “Facebook for Business” by Richard Hughes. It is concise and to the point in concluding that, from a adoption and acceptance perspective, we should stop talking about “Facebook for Business”. That is, unless you really mean using Facebook itself for business. (Listen up Software vendors!!!!)
