Redirect all HTTP requests to HTTPS with ISAPI Rewrite (See related posts)

To redirect all HTTP requests to HTTPS with ISAPI Rewrite you can use the following rewriting rules in your httpd.ini file:

# redirect all http requests  to https
RewriteCond  %HTTPS (?!on).*
RewriteCond Host: (.*)
RewriteRule (.*) https\://$1$2 [I,RP]
