configure darcs boring files for ruby on rails

command to set the boring file so that it's versioned with your code:

   1  darcs setpref boringfile .boring


Copy default boring files from _darcs/prefs/boring and add these:

   1  database\.yml
   2  \.log
   3  structure\.sql
